Thanks to its 1.4× maximum magnification, it goes beyond traditional 1:1 macro reproduction. Moreover, the lens combines high-resolution G Master optics with a bright f/2.8 aperture. Two XA and two ED elements help maintain excellent detail and control aberrations. In addition, its 11-blade circular aperture creates smooth background separation and attractive bokeh.
